Bosman Adama is managed and maintained by skilled full-time staff: owner Jannie Bosman, his sons and permanent farmhands who recently acquired a share in the business. It is our policy to create jobs for every person living on the farm. The staff involved in the grafting of the vines are highly qualified and competent – some with more than 20 years’ experience.
